Description

This is the first module of the Certified Employee Ownership Advisor certificate program. At the end of this module, participants will be able to differentiate between different forms of broad-based employee ownership and understand the role of the Employee Ownership Advisor.

Alison Lingane, Founder and CEO, Ownership Capital Lab
A serial social entrepreneur, Alison has dedicated her career to leveraging business as a force for good. She is a nationally recognized employee ownership expert, having co-founded Project Equity, a leader in the movement to harness employee ownership to maintain thriving local business communities, honor selling owners’ legacies, and address income and wealth inequality. Alison also founded the Employee Ownership Catalyst Fund, developed to address a critical bank financing gap for employee ownership transitions.


Continuing education

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive 1.0 hours of CFP Board and 1.0 hours of NASBA CPE.
